Ok, this got me intrigued enough that I checked out their website. One of the guys names is Jamesie which I thought was funny but they are touring through the US this summer at various festivals.
I love this band! I saw them perform at the Grandfather Mtn Highland Games in Asheville last year and actually got to meet Jamesie and Aya. When I first saw them (prior to their performance), they were all walking together, shoulder to shoulder, Tombstone-style, (looking quite sexy) and a flock of squealing women came flying towards them! It was hilarious!
I love hearing that Highland yell! And I think of Roger Mac everytime I see or hear a bodhran. :-) I agree with Marsha, the long kilts are interesting. It took me a while to realize the one in the back corner was a lass! lol
I love it! The longer kilts are sort of interesting...I like to see a little leg!
