Outlander Impatience

Do you ever have moments of O. I. ?  Otherwise known as Outlander Impatience?  All of the sudden, in the middle of the day, you think to yourself "I can't WAIT a moment longer for Book 8 to come out!"  or "WHEN will it be NOVEMBER 29th already so I can get my hands on some NEW JAMIE?!"

Or...in my case...today's OI came in the form of film dreaming.  This is the email I just sent Tracey...in total exasperation:

LET'S GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD ALREADY!!!

    I do have these moments every once in a while! Then I think about how long we'll have to wait for book 9 (if there is a book 9...) and my head nearly explodes.


    I like your casting choices, but who is the lad on the right? I dinna recognize him, but I LIKE! :-)

    I've been experiencing the same thing lately. However, i've been expressing my obsession in more impratical ways...by buying random things that remind me of outlander, simply because it reminds me of jamie/claire/ian/etc. I bought two beers yesterday, one called Ola Dubh (!) and another called Traquair Jacobite. Not a big beer drinker, but hells bells it had Dubh in the name! Ridiculous? Yes. But what else is a girl to do when Book 8 is forever and a day away!

    Sara I'm laughing because that totally sounds like something I would do. I'm more impatient right now because I haven't finished reading the series yet and I'm anxious to get moving and finish. So that I can enjoy the Book 8 anticipation (or is it more like torture) with everyone else.

    Nice shot of the sunlight illuminating his abs, I remember that scene.

    @ Sara- my iPhone is named "MacDubh" and the ringtone I have set for my husband is "the Angry Scot" from iTunes... just so I can imagine it's Jamie yelling at me to answer my phone.
