Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties (ie - the damned chat won't work!) we will have to cancel chat this evening. We will hopefully reschedule and host chat another night this week.
THANK YOU Christie! I was hoping maybe Amede would pop on for a minute or two and give us an update...but seeing as NO ONE could pop on, I appreciate you letting us know. I swear, I feel like I know Georgie. And she doesn't even come to chat! I really look forward to meeting you all in person one of these days... :)
I tried to Carol, Georgie actually sent me home from the hospital so I could "chat with my friends". That and the fact she was having trouble keeping her eyes open longer than 30 seconds at a time.
Thanks for passing the word she was okay Christie. Georgie and I look forward to meeting everybody some day too.
I'm glad to hear that Georgie is doing well. And that's so sweet that she send Amede/Clay home to chat with us. :-)
Speaking of Clay and Georgie, I was at Barnes and Noble yesterday and I saw a woman about to purchase SP. I smiled at her and told her that my copy was out in the car and I was almost finished. She kind of chuckled and said, "I don't read them, but my husband loves the Outlander books." Of course I thought of our Amede. ;-)
Thanks for all the well-wishing, she is home now, crashed on the couch... and FWIW, I just was able to log onto chat and make a comment to an empty room...
Thanks for trying to figure it out, Carol and Tracey. Maybe by the time we chat again I'll actually be done with SP! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI think it was just b/c Amede couldn't be here... no sense in chatting without our main MOP dude!!
ReplyDeleteThe good news is Georgie is doing well...

ReplyDeleteThis is proof positive that chat simply can't exist without our Amede... :-)
