You might not be considered 'normal', but you are certainly not alone...I don't stop at 'thinking' about Outlander when I see something like this...everything around me freezes, almost instantaneously blurring into the background, and the screaming of the stones begins to build inside my head - and suddenly I'm sitting at a rough hewn table nestled in a dark, stone-wrapped nook of the World's End Tavern, on the Royal Mile, Edinburgh, Scotland, where I actually WAS sitting - with my daughter - not two years ago...OK, maybe I DO need help...
I'd say you were strange if you didn't automatically think of Outlander! Seriously if you thought "Oh Time Travel must check out Marty McFly" then I'd be seriously worried about you to be honest.
Once you have travelled the Outlander route even the strangest things will remind you. I saw a personalised dog dish the other day for a Scottish terrier and it had the name Dougal on it!!!!
This makes more sense than me thinking of Fergus when I watch the new Target commercial! Have you seen it? People jumping out of a hot air balloon singing Alouette? I need help...
Completely normal. Who WOULDN'T think of Outlander when reading that? Honestly. LOL!!
