Angus Mhor and Mrs. Fitzgibbons Cast!


According to this article on TVGuide.com, Stephen Walters (Layer Cake) has been cast as Angus Mhor and Annette Badland (Doctor Who) has been cast as Mrs. Fitzgibbons! (Thanks, Hildy, from The Book Bosses!)

      I'm wondering if they're using him as some sort of device to better get into the mind of Colum--he's the guy that Colum confides all the stuff to that he doesn't want Dougal to know.

    Yeah, the Dougal one went private. I must've seen it on the first day? He was good. Didn't like the Claire one (there's another - http://vimeo.com/72211624 - but also not convincing).
    Does it mean they're still auditioning for Claire??

    This is interesting! I wonder if this is actually part of the script that will be used? Do they plan to use this 'diary' format to help us see the thoughts of the characters? It' a 'Dougal audition' obviously unsuccessful - but ....
